Roasted to Order

At The Roaster, coffee is never roasted in advance and left waiting on a shelf.
Every order is roasted only once it’s been placed, ensuring each bag is as fresh as possible when it reaches you.

After roasting, the beans are given time to rest and degas naturally. This resting period allows flavours to settle and develop properly, resulting in a smoother, more balanced cup. The length of rest depends on the bean and roast style, but quality always comes first — we won’t rush a coffee before it’s ready.

Once your coffee has finished resting and is ready for delivery or collection, an invoice covering your order and delivery will be emailed to you. Payment is only requested when the coffee is ready to go, ensuring you’re always paying for freshly roasted beans at their peak.
